Once our website has helped you decide which of our fantastic hotels you want to stay in, and you've done all the necessary bits like checking availability and choosing your room type, the fun begins! You will have the opportunity to add some indulgent extras onto your reservations, which between now and your arrival will be arranged by us and will make your stay extra special. So look out for the add-ons page at the end of the booking process!

If you can't quite decide which of our hotels or packages are right for you, or would just rather make your booking with a real person, our reservations team will be more than happy to talk you through all of our hotels, rooms and packages. They'll also be able to explain exactly what we can do for you to help make your stay even better. A chauffeur transfer from the airport, or a bottle of wine or exquisite Jo Malone gift in your room for arrival - we can make it happen.
