The Town House Company recently launched an exciting new initiative to recognise and reward the efforts of their exceptional team members who go the extra mile everyday for guests and team members alike.
The new initiative called 'Thanks a Million' is designed to encourage guests and team members to acknowledge when they experience service excellence. Each time a team member is mentioned on a 'Thanks a Million' card they have the opportunity to receive shopping vouchers of their choice to enjoy.

"Fantastic man, could not have been kinder. I have an autoimmune reaction to UV light which makes it difficult to go anywhere. The Manager blocked out a window with a blanket, changed a fluorescent (UV) light bulb for an ordinary one late at night and was so charming throughout I was able to relax rather than feel embarrassed. Please give him our many thanks."
