Spring officially began on the 1st March and runs right through to the 31st May – so what does this mean for us?
Well, apart from the obvious temperature and light change, this new season can affect our mind and bodies more than we realise. Any seasonal change can affect our mood, sleeping pattern, eating pattern and energy levels. Spring is widely known as Spring awakening or Spring fever.
