It was an incredibly sad day for the team at The Town House Collection when a member of the kitchen brigade at Blythswood Square – David Kilpatrick was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2013.
A small seed was planted by the spa team when a suggestion was made to create a charity calendar to raise money for cancer awareness. As a result, last year the boys did their thing and we got to look at their lovely ‘faces’ for 12 months.
This year its the girls turn and we hope to raise plenty of money and awareness for Breast Cancer Care, a charity we are committed to helping though out the year at The Town House Collection.

Christmas is my favourite time of year. I love cosy nights by the fire, scented candles, red wine, festive music and delicious food. It’s a time for home and for precious moments with family. I get a real buzz finding the perfect gift for those I love the most.
Don’t stress this Christmas and leave your shopping until the last-minute. Autumn should be the time for shopping so the buzz of December can be fully enjoyed.

One of my favourite things is a party, who doesn’t love a good knees up. It’s not a regular occurrence these days as life seems to have become crazy busy since I became a parent, but that only makes me appreciate nights out a whole lot more.
Another much loved pastime of mine is spending time in the spa. There is nothing better than lying back in the hydro pool and relaxing after a hard week in the office.
