National Carrot Cake Day is celebrated each year on the 3rd February.

At Blythswood Square we have a particularly tasty Carrot Cake with Creme Fraiche Sorbet and Gingercrumb, which appears occasionally on our Afternoon Tea menus.

Our Executive Head Chef Martin Thliveros has kindly shared his carrot cake recipe with us – a little glimpse into the magic of the kitchen at Blythswood Square.
