Restaurant Reviews at Blythswood Square, Glasgow

We ate here as a party of 4 in October taking advantage of a special offer for Chateaubriand and lobster with bottles of vintage Rioja. The service was very good, the only negatives were being asked rather loudly for our vouchers at the table rather than when first arriving (mildly embarrassing) and also ordering aperitifs which did not arrive until after the starters had been served. They were most apologetic about the late arrival of our drinks and removed them from the bill without being asked. The food was exceptionally good, the offer was for the main course only but we supplemented with starters and deserts from the main menu - everything was delicious and the steak and lobster main was very generously proportioned though you did need to order your side dishes separately. The surroundings are very comfortable and stylish. The voucher was a good excuse to try this restaurant out - I will definitely be returning even without a special offer!!

Came for dinner as received as s gift last Christmas. Service was very efficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Food superb. Very nice relaxing atmosphere. Good evening.

Lovely leisurely lunch, relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff and delicious food

My girlfriend and I visited a few weeks ago for drinks and dinner. Before eating we enjoyed some amazing cocktails from the extensive cocktail menu in the Bar on the 1st floor. Dinner itself was sensational - the food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful, the wine was lovely and the atmosphere and ambience overall was spot on. Will definitely be back. Was also at the Blythswood in July for a friends wedding and it was one of the best wedding meals ive ever eaten. Highly recommend in all aspects

We've been twice now once for dinner and once for lunch, service was good both times, food was excellent and the venue is ideal for a wee romantic break!
