Festive Terms and Conditions:

For all parties of 8 people or more, a £10 per person deposit is required within 10 days of making the reservation. 

The full balance must then be received by the hotel by 30th November. 

If the booking is made after 30th November, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. 

All parties of 20 people or more must pre-order their food from our festive menu and pre-orders must be received by the hotel at least one week prior to the reservation date. 

For parties of less than 8 people, no deposit is required but a credit card details must be provided at time of booking to secure the reservation and should the party be a no-show on the day, the card will be charged the full amount. 

All deposits are non-refundable. 

For all party sizes, if numbers decrease, provided the hotel is informed at least 48 hours prior to the booking the balance difference can be used towards drinks on the day. 

If party numbers drop less than 48 hours prior to the booking the balance cannot be used and will not be refunded. For all Christmas day bookings, regardless of the size of the party, a £10 per person deposit is required within 10 days of making the reservation. 

The full balance must then be received by the hotel by 30th November. 

If the booking is made after 30th November, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. In house guests are not required to pay a deposit – however a reservation number is required to secure the booking.  Should the party be a no-show on the day, the card will be charged the full amount.
