A La Carte Menu

Enjoy the freedom of choice afforded by the Blythswood Square A La Carte menu, created by Executive Head Chef Martin Thliveros. The dishes range from the classic to the contemporary, and include the natural charcoal, Josper Grill, all made from the best local produce.

Lunch is served 12pm - 2.30pm Monday to Saturday and 12.30pm - 3pm on Sundays.

Dinner is served 5pm - 10pm daily.

INVERLOCH GOATS CHEESE
A cheese made with 100% goat's milk. Firm in texture with a delightfully subtle goat's milk flavour. Made by the Inverloch Cheese Company.

APPLEWOOD SMOKED
This is a chunky truckle of mature Scottish cow's milk cheddar traditionally smoked in a smokehouse over apple wood chips for a distinctly mellow flavour.

ORGANIC DUNLOP
Dunlop is an unpasteurised Scottish hard cheese traditionally cloth bound and matured for 5 - 7 months giving a rounded, nutty, warm and creamy taste that lingers on the palate.

BROON COO
A soft, creamy and sweet cheese made with cows milk with a lovely silky texture.

DUNSYRE BLUE
Dunsyre Blue is a mould ripened, handmade cheese from H.J. Errington farms in Lanarkshire, Scotland. Made using unpasteurised milk from Ayrshire cows, it is named after a small village near Lanark in the Clyde Valley. An aged Dunsyre Blue has chunky blue-green moulds intercepting the smooth, creamy coloured interior. When fully developed the cheese imparts a complex flavor that is slightly rich, a little salty, sweet, sharp and spicy.
