A La Carte Menu



Enjoy the freedom of choice afforded by the Blythswood Square A La Carte menu. The dishes range from the classic to the contemporary, and include the natural charcoal, Josper Grill, all made from the best local produce.

Lunch is served 12pm - 2.30pm Monday to Saturday and 12.30pm - 3pm on Sundays.

Dinner is served 5pm - 10pm daily.

ST ANDREWS FARMHOUSE
Cheddar style cheese, made using unpasteurised milk, matured for 9 months. A creamy, medium strength cheese with a well rounded lingering finish.

CAMPBELLTOWN LOCH
A semi-soft, unpressed cheese with natural spaces in the pate which is rind washed for 2 months in whisky before being wrapped. It has a strong pungent aroma from the rind.

SMOKED DUNLOP
Traditionally smoked using oak whisky barrel shavings. A rounded nutty, warm, and creamy taste married with the oak smokiness gives a lasting smooth flavour on the palate.

CRYNOCH BLUE
A six month matured blue red cheese with a sharper blue kick that has a lovely creamy flavour to it. Made from Fresian and Jersey Cows, matured for 5-6 months.

GLAZERT
Named from a little burn that runs through the village of Dunlop, Ayrshire. A soft goats cheese, fresh and chalky when young and develops a much more goaty flavour with a smooth creamy texture when ripe.
