Here is what we did last year to give you an idea of what to expect.
3 courses and coffee - £35.50 per person.
Available for lunch and dinner from 27th November - 24th December 2013.
Available between 12pm - 2.30pm (12.30pm - 3pm on Sundays) and 5pm - 10pm.
Pumpkin velouté, ricotta agnolotti, pumpkin oil and seeds
Cured and smoked salmon, cucumber jelly, Chablis dressing
Pressed ham hough terrine, celeriac remoulade, herb oil
Wild mushroom risotto, pickled shimeji, truffle foam
Roast free range turkey, chestnut stuffing, roast potatoes, Madeira jus
Seared hake, tomato and fennel stew, saffron potatoes, rouille
Scotch sirloin steak, celeriac purée, fondant potato, pancetta, port wine jus
