As the year draws to a close, enjoy the delicious and indulgent Christmas Market Menu from our Glasgow hotel restaurant.
3 courses for £29.50 or 2 courses for £23.00 per person.
Available for lunch and dinner from 3rd - 24th December 2014.
Available between 12pm - 2.30pm and 5pm - 10pm (12.30pm - 3pm on Sundays).
Coffee and mince pies available for an additional £4 per person.
Butternut squash and Parmesan soup, ricotta ravioli, herb oil
Braised chicken, wild mushroom and tarragon terrine, poached apricots, pistachio crumb
Smoked trout, horseradish and heritage potato salad
Linguini of Winter ratatouille, rocket and mozzarella
Paupiette of turkey stuffed with sage and chestnut, roast potatoes, gravy
Poached fillet of Scottish salmon, spring onion crushed potatoes, salsify, wilted greens, white wine sauce
Scotch sirloin steak, caramelised onion purée, roast carrots, mashed potatoes, red wine sauce (£4 supplement)
Roast red pepper and goat's cheese risotto, pea shoots, pickled Shimeji mushrooms
