MARKET MENU

Please note: the market menu will not be available from lunch service on 22nd July to dinner service on 4th August 2014. An alternative menu will be available in Restaurant in The Salon.

Enjoy a two or three course set menu from Blythswood Square's kitchen, made from fresh ingredients from the local Glasgow markets.

Lunch served 12pm - 2.30pm Monday to Saturday and 12.30pm - 3pm on Sundays

Dinner served 5pm - 9.45pm daily.

Starters

Cream of celeriac soup with truffle oil

Cured & smoked ham hock terrine with spiced coleslaw, parsley emulsion

Linguini of crab with shellfish sauce

Mains

Pan seared hake with spring onion mash, poached egg and mustard sauce

Braised leg of duck, Toulouse sausage and haricot blanc assoulet, salt baked celeriac, carrot and star anise puree

Saffron & Parmesan arancini with mushroom ragout and herb salad

Steak Frites - Rib-eye steak, skinny fries and house salad (£5 supplement)

Desserts

Chilled chocolate cake, pear and ginger compote with vanilla ice cream

Coconut and lime panacotta, mango carpaccio and coconut sorbet

Isle of Mull cheddar, quince jelly and oatcakes
