What a great hotel! Fabulous spa, great bathrooms, beautiful building, lovely bars, superb breakfast (including parma ham cut from the beast!), great staff. Really, really good.
The hotel rooms and facilities were great. Jo in the spa was a pleasure and would definitely be back in September with my mum, sister and niece. The only negative was the breakfast in the morning. There was a draught were they sat us, No one took our order we had to ask for a breakfast and when it came it was cold if this service was better it would be a 5 out of 5 as we were really impressed with the overall experience until then. Sorry. Joanne & Dominc
THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT TO THIS HOTEL. FROM THE MOMENT WE STEPPED OUT OF OUR TAXI TO THE MOMENT WE LEFT, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL AND THE STAFF REALLY COMPLEMENT THE BUILDING. OUR ROOM ON THE FOURTH FLOOR DESPITE OVERLOOKING THE ROAD WAS VERY QUIET. BREAKFASTS AND OF COURSE THE RESTAURANT VERY GOOD INDEED. RELAXED AND ATMOSPHERIC. WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK SOMETIME. THANKS VERY MUCH INDEED FOR 5 WONDERFUL DAYS.
Stayed 2 nights at the Blythswood to celebrate my boyfriends 21st. We had an amazing time. The hotel is stunning as was the Spa. Staff we're very friendly. The cocktail bar was fantastic. On the Sunday there was a band playing who we're fab. Can't wait to return.
Both my husband and I have stayed at the Blythswood on several occasions now and I can honestly say I have never found any reason to fault it. From the magnificent rooms, amazing comfy beds and relaxing spa down to the wonderful staff it really is the epitome of 5 star! We were lucky enough to stay in the hotel when it first opened and have noticed some slight changes however none of these have been detrimental to the level of quality and service received. We will definitely be back to the Blythswood for years to come...keep up the good work!
