Fantastic venue, staff, food, drink and decor! My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Blythswood, and absolutely loved every minute of it. On a sunny day, sitting outside the hotel, with attentive table service, the stay got off to a lovely relaxing start watching the world go by. The room was fantastic too, very spacious and tastefully decorated, with arguably, the most comfy bed you're ever likely to experience! Dinner was delectable, and the atmosphere and buzz in the restaurant and upstairs in the cocktail bar, gives the illusion you could be in central London or New York. The customer service, genuine interest and rapport from staff is just right: not in your face, but never needing to wait for a request to be answered. I could go on, but wouldn't want to ruin the experience for anyone booking up. I'll definitely go back. Loved it!!
Stayed at this hotel for my 1st wedding anniversary and I have to say from the food, to the staff who made us feel so welcome it was a fantastic anniversary and I'm glad we chose the blythswood hotel.
Also visited the spa which was incredible and again a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely hotel and wonderful meal in the restaurant. Would highly recommend it for a nice break in Glasgow. Spa is great too.
Abso love this hotel, this was the 2nd time we have stayed and I can't wait till the next time. We used the spa in the morning which was fab as we basically had it to ourselves, although this time we weren't provided with robes which we preferred to towels. The breakfast was delicious and the eggs were made whichever way we liked :-)
Thank you to all the staff at the Blythswood for a lovely 'girls weekend'. It was the first visit to the hotel for all of us and we'll definitely return. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with spacious rooms, a great bar and a lovely spa but it was really the staff who made the stay so enjoyable. Everyone we dealt with throughout the weekend was friendly and personable and, while the service wasn't at all overbearing, when we did request anything the staff couldn't do enough to help. The only thing I would change about my weekend is that I wish I had treated myself to an extra spa treatment or two......maybe next time
