My wife and I were there on the 7th August for our anniversary, we had a fantastic time, staff at reception were really friendly and accommodating, and our time in the spa was fantastic. We will recommend to friends and family, hope to be back soon.

Thank you for a magical stay; very friendly and helpful staff, fantasic food and drink, room was amazing and use of the Thermal Experience topped it off very nicely. Will definitely return and have recommended it to others!

My girlfriend and I had a truly relaxed night's stay on the Monday 30th July 2012. Upon arriving we were expecting a standard room and were given a wee classic double. The room was fantastic, the all marble bathroom felt plush and the bath and shower were to die for. The bed was super comfy with all fixtures and fittings feeling new and well kept. It's a rarity to book a room at a great price and for it to exceed your expectations. Staff were very pleasant, especially at reception. We didn't have time to sample the spa, however we most certainly will when we stay here again.

My husband, daughter and partner and I stayed for one night on Tuesday the 10th July 2012. The receptionist on duty that morning (I don't know her name) had excellent people skills and talked us through local restaurants and attractions she also gave clear directions and really was the epitome of helpfulness. The hotel was very luxurious, the rooms excellent with a wide range of service. We all utilized the spa facilities that night and had a great time. The day of our departure (my daughters graduation day) was one of the wettest of the summer. Nick the receptionist was good enough to lend us his own personal umbrella to prevent us getting soaked on this special day! We really had a fantastic time and had no complaints about the hotel - All in all it was great and we will be back!! PS The concierge service was prompt, efficient and at all times up to speed on customer care.

5* service from start to finish... Could not fault the hotel, the staff, food or spa... Absolutely 1st class... Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!!!! Memorable stay!!!
