This is just my favourite hotel! The staff are just excellent and get the balance absolutely right in terms of being friendly and helpful but never too intrusive. Great rooms, food and spa. It's a real treat to stay there.

We stayed for the Turis Spa weekend and it was just perfect. Lovely room, beautiful spa and fantastic treatments. Food was really good too. All staff members were helpful and friendly.A great 5* experience. Will definitely be back. The best hotel I've stayed in!

5 star all the way! My husband and I had a lovely relaxing time in the spa, tasty snacks in the bar and an amazing quality breackfast. The staff are very welcoming and the service excellent, we can't wait to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Blythswood Square, all the staff are so friendly and efficient and could not do enough to please you, its 5* status is so well deserved and we will be returning for another night of luxury in the near future.

My husband and I recently stayed at the hotel 3 days during August...from the moment we arrived and before as I spoke to Richard and Neil by email...the girls at the front desk, the concierge who put me to a great 'sweetie' shop...we were late for breakfast one morning and that was no trouble to them...the two guys on the night desk..4am who got us into our cab...to the guy who was painting the walls on our floor...we will definitely be back...its the perfect location 10 minutes from the airport and you can walk to the shops...loved every minute..the spa also was truly wonderful...it makes all the difference to your holiday and we thank you...till next time. I feel bad I have no names to put to this but there was not one person that was not friendly or had time for you....First class!! Bill & Judy
