I regularly use the spa here and recently have been going for the mother-to-be massage. I can't tell you how amazing the staff are and I feel so relaxed every time! I even have my own loyalty card which you can redeem against treatments, simply stunning spa.

By far the best spa I have ever been to. The thermal experience is amazing and I will be joining the gym here this year and making use of the access to spa that's included. Had massages and facials here and again excellent. Food is also quality. Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommend.

Team were friendly and excellent service. Treatment was good value and everything you would expect. therapists are excellent With problems or complaints. Deep tissue was carried out to high standard.

We visited the Spa for the Thermal Experience yesterday. It's a beautiful spa and we had a really relaxing day. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous and we felt well looked after. Sadly, the ice flow wasn't working and neither was the cold drinks dispenser so it got pretty warm in there but everything else was great. Some moisturiser to follow the lovely shower cosmetics would be a good touch since we had forgotten ours.

This is my 3rd visit to the spa and on this occasion I only used the thermal suite as the treatments didn't suit me last time. The surroundings are beautifully done however I noticed that the standards and cleanliness have dropped slightly since my last visit, for example the small metal tables near the pool are flaking and very out of place, the detail in cleanliness in the ladies toilets is not great. That said I had a wonderful afternoon and finished the day off with a lovely glass of prosecco in the upstairs bar. Well worth a visit.
