Would just like to say thank you very much for a fantastic and relaxing time my husband and I had today (3rd June 2011) at your spa. We had the spa taster package for a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were lovely and friendly too-nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be back. Definitely deserves the 5 star award you recently received. thanks again

My sister and I had a wonderful afternoon in the spa last Thursday. The thermal experience was delightful although would have preferred if bottled water or drinking fountains were available. Our Turus facials were sheer bliss and the afternoon tea was fabulous. All the staff were friendly and attentive and I cant wait to go back again.

We were celebrating my partners 75th birthday and I could not have found anything better for him (us). From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and very comfortable. We spent the morning in the various pools and steam rooms. When we came back upstairs for lunch we found a glass of bubbly ready for us followed by a lovely selection on the lunch plates. We then went on to our treatments and it was an hour of heaven. Steve had a body massage and I had a facial. We have had many treatments over the years in many countries and Blythswood was in with the best. The relax room following the treatments was very comfortable - almost too much, it was difficult to make ourselves move again. Every member of staff was very pleasant and helpful. The changing rooms were very well equipped and easy to use. Overall, we had a wonderful day and have given this information to friends since - some are very interested. I am sure you will see more of us in the future.

My husband booked for the thermal experience as a surprise, we had a wonderful three hours chilling out at the spa and had the entire place to ourselves, it was fabulous. As it was a surprise, I had not brought anything with me and my husband had failed miserably when it came to packing essentials eg. no toiletries, makeup etc, however the staff were fantastic and provided a selection of goodies for me to use in the case of the emegency !! I would thoroughly recommend a trip and hope to return again soon.

My husband bought me a spa day voucher for the hotel for last xmas! Due to the delay in the spa opening, I only used it this September. The spa itself, is one of the most beautiful and high spec ones I have ever visited. The facilities are second to none and it is gorgeous. However, I did have a few issues. Firstly, when I arrived teher was only one girl at reception. She said she could not show me around as she couldn't leave the desk! teher was no one else there at the time! I was left to find my way around which was not ideal as the place is massive. Fortunately, tehre was another employee who was showing a couple of ladies around who were there to just "have a look". I sheepishly asked if I may join them as I had been abandoned to find my way around! To be honest, I dont think the employee was that impressed and didn't really say either way. I must say didnt leave me with a great impression of your staff. Now coming to the treatment itself. I had a massage and a facial. A BIG let down. The therapist was how should I put it "touching" my skin rather than massaging. She was way too gentle and my 4yr old could probably do a better massage. Dont get me wrong., she was a lovely girl but had NO clue on how to do a facial or massage. All in all, was to be quite frank a waste of a day other than the opulence of the spa!
