Celebrating our friends down under and their number one beverage of choice, beer. This is basically a 'Grapefruit Shandy' with the welcome fortification of added Tequila. Tapatio Blanco, Grapefruit Juice, Lemon, Grapefruit Essence, St Mungo Beer.

Long, refreshing and slightly effervescent. The national drink of Singapore is the famous 'Singapore Sling', created at The Long Bar in The Raffles Hotel. They now have it on tap it is so popular. Our version substitutes the usual cherry and pineapple flavours for sharp rowan berry and spicy whisky liqueur. Botanist Gin, Rowan Berry Shrub, Fresh Lemon, Drambuie, Scottish Herb Infused Soda.
