Hotel Room With Jacuzzi & Four Poster Bed

As with all the hotel rooms at Channings in Edinburgh, our Superior Rooms are a creative mix of antique and contemporary, with individual styling and quirky detail. After all, every visitor to Scotland is different from the next, so we have mixed up the styles a little.

Our Superior hotel rooms are typically larger than the Unique Rooms and have more spacious bathrooms, some with Jacuzzi baths, and the best views of Edinburgh.  One has a four-poster bed and belongs in the pages of a country-house magazine; equally we can offer something a little more pared-down, or bolder, or more contemporary, if that is your preference.

Within this category of hotel room, we have two Shackleton Rooms, named after the famous Antarctic explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton who made Channings his Edinburgh home for a while; these are styled using striking black-and-white photography of his expeditions.
