Celeriac soup, goats cheese crouton, chilli oil
Pressed terrine of pheasant, apricot & pistachio, mulled pear chutney, bitter endive
Channings style prawn cocktail, toasted rye bread
Mains
Roasted breast of Cumbrian turkey, roasted potatoes, braised red cabbage & parsnip puree
Herb crusted fillet of salmon, sautéed sprouts, lardons & red onions
Chick peas, root vegetables, and roasted garlic mash ‘pot’
Desserts
Plum pudding, brandy ice cream & vanilla custard
Dark chocolate torte, candied kumquats & honey tuile
