Channings Hotel enjoys a quiet location, set on a cobbled street overlooking private gardens, yet is 10 minutes walk from the city centre, where you can explore the city's many tourist attractions, such as Princes Street, the main shopping area overlooking the gardens and Edinburgh Castle.
The Scottish Ancestral Trail offers you the chance to research your Scottish roots at The Scotland's People Centre with the help of their expertise and the Scotland's People website. With a consultant genealogist on hand throughout the day, there's never been an easier way to discover your past.
