Jo Wintour Account Manager

With an infectious enthusiasm for creative marketing and working with people, Jo joined the world of boutique hotels with The Town House Company as an Account Manager. Her background is in agency work, where she spent two years as an Account Manager at Bigmouthmedia, working with brands such as BA, Sony Erikson and Starbucks. On return from a year travelling around the world, Jo realised she needed to be in an industry which inspired her. With a love of cool design, travel and food and wine she was delighted to enter this exciting and fast moving industry.

Jo looks after many key corporate accounts; however a great aspect of her role is business development. She enjoys travelling around and meeting people to spread the good news about our sought after products.

January 2008

2. What is your favorite drink?
Passion fruit based cocktails, Pinot Noir from New Zealand, Rum and Coke, Bellini's …the list goes on

3. Name 3 words that describe you:
Passionate, brave, impatient

4. What talent or skill would you most like to have?
To eat and drink as much as I like and not put on any weight/clog my arteries. The ability to fly.

5. What is the best thing to do on a rainy Sunday afternoon?
Depends - if hungover or tired snuggle up and watch a good movie and eat. If feeling energetic, get together for a jam session, go to a spinning class, hang out with friends

6. What is your favorite film?
Impossible task - to name a few - Ferris Bullers day off (old family fave), So I married an Axe Murderer and Dirty Dancing

7. What do you love?
Life itself, family, friends, laughing, passion, music, dancing, eating, drinking, cooking, extreme sports, travel, driving, the sound of the ocean, learning, boutique hotels, writing, people who don't take themselves too seriously

8. What do you hate?
Being hungry with no available food, narrow mindedness, rudeness, all talk and no action, pain and seeing those I love in pain (physical or emotional), the love of money
