Jim's role involves the training, staff development and recruitment of The Town House Company's 160 staff.
Jim has implemented a training programme which is focussed on the individual while encouraging a team-based culture.
Jim assists each hotel in implementing procedures for key results management and performance evaluation. He also assists with hiring procedures, develops employee communication, orientation and incentive programs, and determines a Key Results profile for each position within the hotel.
A high priority is given to identifying talented individuals in the company, evaluating their performance, promoting them when appropriate and inspiring them to realise their greatest career potential within The Town House Company.
He leads all of the company's induction programmes and his skills in understanding the needs of individuals have led to great career progression opportunities within the company.
