Sin in the City - Unlacing respectable Edinburgh…
Some think our ancestors were straight-laced and demure – certainly not! But that’s a history rarely explored…and so Mercat have created a history tour with a difference…
Edinburgh has tales of love, lust and passions which will surprise, shock and entertain. Discover how some wayward wives and misbehaving men rid themselves of each other – though not to be tried at home!
With a glass in hand in Mercat Tours candle-lit Megget’s Cellar, you will sit back and enjoy hearing about the other side of Edinburgh’s noble character.
