Stayed just the 1 night back in September, was very impressed with the Bonham.....the staff,in particular the receptionist,did everything to make our stay great.

We are staying in March however, just wanted to comment on the excellent service so far. The internet booking was problematic so we rang direct and spoke to Sarah on Reception. She was brilliant, booked the room for us and, was able to offer the superior room pictured on the internet. Looking forward to our stay, the service already has been exceptional.

Fabulous stay at the Bonham. Room was very comfortable with nice view. Service-especially front desk were incredibly helpful and kind. Food at restaurant was wonderful. Shower needed more water power..but we're from the states...

Our stays at the Bonham are invariably suffused with a feeling of professional hospitality combined with meeting an old friend. We arrive, the manager on reception asks our name and from then on every member of staff addresses us by name - how do they do that?! Service is discreet to the point of invisibility and yet happens at the point of demand - your glass will be filled, your plate removed, your next course delivered in a seamless flow of movement, none of which involves you but all of which has an impact on your experience. I love the Bonham!

Yet again a fantastic room,great food, and friendly efficient staff. Understated excellence!
