Roasted pumpkin soup finished with vanilla oil and seed savoury tuile
Duck foie gras with apricot and hazelnut chutney served with a toasted brioche
Seared hand dived scallop with carrot and aniseed puree with pea froth
Pan fried free range guinea fowl with parsnip puree, shredded sprouts and truffle sauce
Stilton and poached pear with walnut bread
