Seared foie gras with onion and white port marmalade, mango puree
West coat scallop with Jerusalem artichoke, crispy pancetta and vanilla froth
Roasted breast of guinea fowl, truffle mash, shredded sprout, carrot puree
Blue stilton with bitter sweet figs, walnut bread
