6.30pm - 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and 6.30pm - 9pm on Sundays.


Organic beetroot and goats cheese terrine, blood orange sorbet

Crab and prawn cocktail, smoked tomato, avocado purée

Venison carpaccio, shoulder lollipop, pickled walnuts

Pumpkin and amaretto soup, pumpkin seed granola

Main Courses

Turkey, chestnut and sage ballotine, duck fat roast potatoes, all the trimmings

Wild sea bass, hand rolled linguini, shellfish and saffron sauce

Rib-eye of Scotch beef, potato gratin, heritage carrots, watercress purée

Jerusalem artichoke and wild mushroom risotto


Black forest gateaux, bourbon vanilla ice cream

Hot marmalade pudding, crème fraîche sorbet

Warm poached pear, chocolate sauce, stem ginger ice cream
