12pm - 2.30pm Monday to Saturday and 12.30pm - 3pm on Sundays

Confit duck rillette, cranberry jelly, toasted brioche

Haddock chowder, smoked haddock scotch egg

Organic beetroot and Camembert cheese salad

Citrus cured salmon, cucumber and apple gazpacho

Mains

Parmesan gnocchi, roasted butternut squash, sage and pine nut butter

Braised beef cheeks, horseradish mashed potatoes, curly kale, rosemary jus

Fillet of sea bass, fennel purée, glazed chicory, Pernod sauce

Roast turkey, duck fat roast potatoes, creamed Brussels sprouts, all the trimmings

Rum Baba, Christmas pudding ice cream

Chocolate and hazelnut gâteau, hazelnut ice cream

Caramelised apple mille-feuille, cinnamon ice cream
