12.30pm - 3pm on Sundays

Winter pickled organic vegetable and chicory salad, mushroom caponata, piccalilli dressing
Marinated rump of beef carpaccio with heritage potato salad, horse radish cream dressing
Confit of salmon and potato terrine with gribiche dressing and winter leaves

Braised free range pork belly with wilted spinach, potato gnocchi and squash puree thyme jus
Seared salmon tournedos wrapped in pancetta, braised cabbage and white bean casserole
Slow cooked shin of borders beef with lemon mash, calvolo nero, tomato and thyme sauce
Pressed gratin of winter root vegetable with glazed chestnut, walnut and truffle sauce
