Game on at Restaurant at The Bonham...
We are now serving Grouse in Restaurant at The Bonham.
They are supplied by Johnny Rutherford from Burnside Farm near Kelso and they are shot in the Lammermuir hills.
We also have borders wood pigeon and wild highland venison supply by my good friend Ken Fenton from Wild Tastes.
Also, we are serving East Lothian Lobster from my fishmonger Daniel Mac known as Neptune's Larder from Port-Seton.
