Our next Meet The Chef event will take place on Tuesday September 22nd 2009
Theme - The Autumnal Equinox. The evening will focus on the last of the Summer produce and the first of the seasonal Autumn ingredients.

Hot Scottish wild mushroom and smoked haddock soufflé
Wild summer salmon, celeriac and truffle papillotte
Roasted mallard duck with rosti potato, elderflower jus and roasted figs
Mirabelle tarte fine with kirsch ice ream
Priced at £65 the evening starts with a drink on arrival followed by a cookery demonstration with Michel, as well as a question and answer session. This is followed by a 4 course dinner served in Restaurant at The Bonham, with wine to match each course.
