Wild garlic and smoked haddock soup, nutmeg Chantilly
Marinated salmon gravalax with pickle cucumber and horseradish cream
Confit of chicken leg terrine with gribiche dressing

Baked hake fillet with mussel and prawns chowder,
Braised spale bone with chive mash, glazed carrot and pruneaux d'agen jus
Beetroot and celeriac with egg mayonnaise honey and mustard sauce
Roasted loin of pork with fondante potato, carrot purees apple and sage jus

The Bonham brioche bread and butter pudding glazed with marmalade, chocolate sorbet
Passion fruit cheese cake with honey and ginger anglaise
