Celebrate Mother's Day with a Boozy Snoozy lunch at Restaurant at The Bonham. Our normal offer of 3 courses and 2 bottles of house wine for a table of 4 people has been given extended hours for one day only and each Mother dining will receive a special gift!

Wild garlic and smoked haddock soup, nutmeg Chantilly
Marinated salmon gravalax with pickle cucumber and horseradish cream
Confit of chicken leg terrine with gribiche dressing
Cauliflower mousse with leek and avruga caviar dressing

Mains
Baked hake fillet with mussel and prawns chowder,
Braised spale bone with chive mash, glazed carrot and pruneaux d'agen jus
Beetroot and celeriac with egg mayonnaise honey and mustard sauce
Roasted loin of pork with fondante potato, carrot purees apple and sage jus

Dessert
The Bonham brioche bread and butter pudding glazed with marmalade, chocolate sorbet
Passion fruit cheese cake with honey and ginger anglaise
