Food was ok , service was poor

Our stay at The Bonham was excellent, the room was very modern with a beautiful view. The food at dinner was excellent and the service throughout our stay was superb. The hotel is a very good 4 star hotel but we could see why it hadnt made 5 star. The television in the room (room 308) was far too small for the wall unit it was in, with a large gap between the mirrored unit and the television itself. The room was very large so a bigger television would have been easier too see, especially as we had full use of the on demand movies. There was also a very visible crack on the toilet seat. At dinner the service was brilliant however we did wait an excessive amount of time at the end of the meal for our bill. Apart from a few minor things our stay at The Bonham was lovely.

We had a lovely Boozy Snoozy Sunday lunch for 5 to celebrate a birthday, The table was lovely for the number and the choices for all courses very good, the food and service were both excellent and the quality of the wine that is included in the price was good. Have already recommended it to friends & colleagues.
