Festive Terms and Conditions:

For all party sizes: - Credit card details must be provided at time of booking to secure the reservation and should the party be a no-show on the day, the card will be charged the full amount.

For bookings of 8 persons or more: - A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the reservation. Remaining balance is payable by 30th November, pre-order may be required.

For bookings of 20 persons or more: - All parties of 20 people or more must pre-order their food from our festive menu and pre-orders must be received by the hotel at least one week prior to the reservation date.

For all Christmas day bookings: - Regardless of the size of the party, a £10 per person deposit is required within 10 days of making the reservation. The full balance must then be received by the hotel by 30th November. If the booking is made after 30th November, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. 

Deposits: - All deposits are non-refundable. If numbers decrease, provided the hotel is informed at least 48 hours prior to the booking the balance difference can be used towards drinks on the day. If party numbers drop less than 48 hours prior to the booking the balance cannot be used and will not be refunded.
