Seared scallops, cauliflower, cockburns black pudding, caper and raisin dressing

Smoked haddock chowder

Warm salad of purple sprouting broccoli, Jerusalem artichoke, seasonal leaves and hazelnut dressing

Sea bass filet, lemongrass broth, crab ravioli, carrot and ginger puree

Gressingham duck breast, celeriac, king oyster mushroom, savoy cabbage

Organic Beetroot risotto, goat’s cheese, pickled fennel
