Cream of chestnut and bacon soup

Smoked trout and watercress pate with cucumber salsa

Roast red pepper and mature cheddar strudel

Roast turkey with sage and onion stuffing and roast potatoes with sautéed vegetables

Grilled fillet of salmon with pomegranate and pine nut cous cous

Bourbon glazed ham, colcannon mash with creamed peach and butter sauce

Goats cheese and polenta salad with walnut bread
