A particularly fresh style of Sauvignon which retains all the aromatic green flavours but has a lick of fresh minerals through it. The wine has more weight than you would expect from a Sauvignon but it still elegant and crisp on the finish.
Citrine Chardonnay, Gemtree, McLaren Vale, Australia, 2007, £29.95
