There are a number of luxury serviced apartments and suites available for resale including, Classic Suites, Grand Suites, and Townhouse Apartments either with a lease expiry of 2016, 2019 or 2021.

Hapimag Resorts and Residences (UK) Ltd. has the right to acquire any weeks put up for sale by an Owner, in the same way as any other individual but will not exercise this right for a period of a month from the date the week is first placed on the website to allow the Owners and other interested parties the opportunity to acquire.
