In 1998 The Bonham opened to great critical acclaim, winning national awards of excellence. One magazine has dubbed it "One of the Coolest Hotels of the Twenty First Century". A remarkable achievement indeed, given those very walls continue to stand proudly into their second century.

A recent birthday party at the hotel was a huge success with friends, neighbours and colleagues all enjoying a specially made birthday cake by House of Sugar, Music by tenor group Incognito, Goodie Bags providing by Coco Chocolates, Whisky tasting by Balvenie and various raffle prizes including Jo Malone gifts and one of the Main Attractions of the night a Diamond Necklace, kindly donated by Limeblue.

The raffle raised £750 on the night, which has been donated to The Town House Collections chosen charity Fareshare.

In keeping with the Bonhams's dedication to encouraging local up and coming artists an exhibition was included for the evening, with work from The Leith School of Art, and our very own Tilo Stengel.
