Sarah will reveal the ingredients that represent the top, heart and base notes of this delicious new creation which Executive Head Chef, Dan Hall and Head Bar Tender Mal Spence used as the inspiration for the afternoon tea menu and welcome cocktail they have created to provide the perfect complement to this delicious new scent ‘English Pear and Freesia’.
