Meet The Chef at The Bonham

This September sees the return of the popular Meet the Chef event at The Bonham. On the 22nd September, Head Chef Michel Bouyer will again share his culinary secrets with his guests at Restaurant at The Bonham.

Guests at the event will be given the rare opportunity to spend the evening with one of Edinburgh's top chefs, share in his culinary secrets and ask their own questions, followed by a 4 - course dinner.

The theme of the evening will be Autumnal Equinox where Michel has devised a menu that will focus on the last of the summer produce and the first of the autumn ingredients.  Michel will then demonstrate how each dish is prepared before you will be able to sample the dishes yourself.

This exclusive event is priced at £65.00 per person, which includes Michel Bouyer's cooking demonstration, question and answer session, followed by the 4 - course dinner with accompanying wines served in the Restaurant at The Bonham.
