New Chef at Restaurant at The Bonham

Originally from Poland, he is returning to The Bonham where he was sous chef in 2006 and since then he has gained considerable experience in working in 2 AA Rosette kitchens including Abstract in Edinburgh and Inverness and was Chef /Proprietor of the highly acclaimed “The Arch Inn” Seafood Restaurant in Ullapool.
He said: ‘I am delighted to be returning to The Bonham. The menu for the Restaurant here is rooted in local seasonal produce and I will be continuing that tradition. I am passionate about adapting classics flavors for the modern palate to produce dishes that are simple but elegant. The Bonham’s reputation is first-class as a destination that provides a unique and memorable guest experience, and this is recognized by the many awards it has won. I feel privileged to be a part of this team.”
The Restaurant at The Bonham is open for lunch Monday-Saturday 12-2.30pm; Sunday 12.30-3pm and for dinner Monday-Saturday 6-9.45pm; Sunday 6-9pm.
