New Restaurant Manager at The Bonham

Julie Goschescheck has been appointed Restaurant Manager at Restaurant at The Bonham in Edinburgh. She joins from La Garrigue Restaurant where she worked during the filming of ‘Ramsay’s Best Restaurant’.
Julie (36) is from France and has worked in the hospitality industry since the late 1990s. She said: ‘I have worked in Scotland now for several years and have met some talented and skilled people. Obviously the opportunity to work in one of the restaurants featured on the Gordon Ramsay programme during filming was a highlight for me. However The Town House Collection and The Bonham has many achievements and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to work here and further develop my career.’
Johanne Falconer, General Manager at The Bonham said: ‘Julie is a welcome addition to the team at a busy time. Her experience will be invaluable. Her enthusiasm and professionalism meant that she was the ideal candidate to join our team.’
