Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service Visits The Bonham
The Bonham, at the city’s west end, is to host a visit by the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) later this month. SNBTS will spend the day at the luxury boutique hotel on Monday 23rd July offering local residents and staff in local businesses a perfect opportunity to give blood, that is conveniently located right on their doorstep.

Executive Head Chef Derek Donaldson joined the team in September 2011 describing his appointment as his career highlight. He is also passionate about education and ensuring that today’s young chefs have the best possible opportunities to learn and develop their skills. Glasgow’s only AA 5 Star hotel, Blythswood Square, is celebrating after receiving another two top awards from the recent Scottish Style Awards and the SLTN Awards.
The Scottish Style Awards honours the most stylish places and people in the country and brings together the brightest and best of Scottish fashion, arts, retailing and hospitality.
After coming up against some tough competition, Blythswood Square was named ‘Most Stylish Hotel’ at the ceremony held at Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Museum.
In addition to this top accolade, Blythswood Square was also named ‘Hotel of the Year’ at the SLTN Awards. Now in their 16th year, the SLTN Awards recognise excellence across Scotland’s diverse licensed trade and hospitality sector. This year’s ceremony took place before an audience of 700 trade professionals at Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel.
