We have teamed up with Energetics, a professional team of holistic health and bodywork practitioners, to offer you the chance to escape for a weekend break of luxury treats and pampering.

Restore balance and calm with an Aromatherapy or Therapeutic full body massage, soothe the stresses and strains with Reflexology or Deep Tissue Massage or be revived with a deeply calming and nourishing Reiki experience, provided by a professional complementary health practitioner from Energetics.

Therapeutic Massage
A wonderful way to look after yourself and nourish your body and soul. It brings you back into balance, eases tired and tense muscles, and helps you find new energy and flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage
Uses strong, vigorous techniques to stretch the soft tissues and ease tension from the deeper muscles, releasing toxins and stimulating levels of the body, which have become blocked and lethargic. While deep tissue massage can feel challenging during treatment, the client more often feels an increased benefit with reduced pain and greater vitality after the session.

Aromatherapy Massage
Takes the form of massage using aromatic essential oils extracted from plants. These oils work with the body's natural chemistry to provide relief from stress, hormonal problems, viral and bacterial infections, insomnia, fatigue and many other conditions. The aroma of the oils has an immediate effect on the mood, uplifting and balancing the emotions and creating harmony in body, mind and spirit.

Reflexology
This therapy is based on the theory that all the organs and systems of the body have corresponding reflex areas in the feet and hands. Firm but comfortable pressures is applied to the foot aiming to boost the immune system, revitalise energy, induce deep relaxation and maintain a healthy balance in mind and body. The treatment finishes with a deeply relaxing treat in the form of a gentle foot massage.

Reiki
A deeply calming and nourishing experience, Reiki involves the light resting of the practitioner's hands over the core centres of the body, enhancing the flow of energy and promoting natural healing.
